The intention of my care is to provide care outside of the systems of western medical modernity. With bodywork and East Asian Medicine, we have the opportunity to lean into each other and our community for support and holding so that our collective healing can move forward in a sustainable and nurturing experience.
I offer my experience, my physical being and space to unbury ourselves from survival and collaborate our way back to thriving. To do this, I believe we must soothe our spirit and build the bridge between mind and body. Massage works with the physical manifestation that tethers the spirit of our emotional, conscious selves. East Asian medicine offers the poetic alignment of our cosmic and earth bound experience. Together it is total mindfulness magic.
All treatments are curated to the sweet, unique individual that you come in as. My work centers the you that comes into my space. I am goal-oriented in my approach, so do expect a plan to develop after a few sessions to follow ensuring our progress matches our efforts.

In-Treatment Options
Massage
20 years of practice + experience offered in each treatment if requested. Specialties include but are not limited to Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Structural Integration, Shiatsu, acupressure, myofascial release, deep tissue and relaxation techniques.
GUA SHA
Extra attention where you need it. I apply varying intensity of pressure with the Gua Sha tool that’s designed to break up adhesion and increase blood flow releasing stagnation and holding patterns. Like fire cupping, the treatment results will be left behind. Prepare self and loved ones for visual evidence of the treatment.

Custom Chinese herbal formulas prescribed just for you. This is powerful medicine that can help with allergies, insomnia, anxiety, depression, fertility and more.*
FIRE CUPPING
The technique that started my journey into East Asian Medicine. I have found the results of cupping after massage is infinitely beneficial and diagnostic. It is a profound addition to any treatment.
