Shipping

The time to ship your order depends on the item(s) you purchase.  

• Ready-made pieces will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible. Note, to allow time to properly protect and package larger pieces, it’s possible for shipping to take up to two weeks from the time of purchase.

• A custom piece will have a specific turnaround time that we agree upon before the project begins.

• Watercolor are print on demand and can take up to a 2 week processing time before shipment.

• I offer ground, priority and express shipping through USPS.

• If there is a delay in the shipping process for any reason, I will communicate that to you right away and provide an adjusted time frame. Getting your work to you in a timely manner is a top priority.

• Local pickup and delivery is available for those living in the Portland, Oregon metro area.

• I do not yet offer internationally shipping.

• Covid-19 is creating challenges for all shipping needs. Due to the uncertainty of it all, expect delays, but know that I will do everything I can to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
