Returns

I gladly accept cancellations, returns, and exchanges for full-price, ready-made items.

• To request a cancellation, contact me within two days of your purchase.

• To request a return, contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.

• A return must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

• If returning an item, you, as the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If an item is not returned in its original condition, the loss in value would be subtracted from the reimbursed amount.

• Note that custom items and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
